As you face a legal battle, you must choose to walk in God's righteousness, His integrity, His love and His word. You must refuse the spirits of anxiety and fear and you will come out victorious. Meditate and stand on the following scriptures, and pray, confessing and declaring the truth of God's Word!

• Romans 8:31 - what shall we say then to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
• Isaiah 49:25 - but thus says the Lord, even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered - for I will contend with him that contends with you and I will save your children
• Isaiah 50:2b - is my hand shortened that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver?
• Psalm 119:24 - Your testimonies also are my delight And my counselors.
• Psalm 16:7 - I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel; My heart also instructs me in the night seasons.
• Psalm 32:8 - I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.
• 1 John 2:1 - My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.
• Mark 13:11 - But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.
• Deutoronomy 33:29 - Happy are you, Isra'el! "Who is like you, a people saved by ADONAI, your defender helping you and your sword of triumph? Your enemies will cringe before you, but you will trample down their high places."
• Psalm 68:5 - A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation.
• Psalm 10:14 - But you do see the trouble and grief they cause. You take note of it and punish them. The helpless put their trust in you. You are the defender of orphans.
• Proverbs 22:22-23 - Do not rob the poor because they are poor or exploit the needy in court. For the Lord is their defender. He will injure anyone who injures them.
• Job 22:30 - He will even deliver one who is not innocent ; Yes, he will be delivered by the purity of your hands."
• Romans 8:1 - There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.
• Romans 5:17 - For if by one man's offense death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteouseness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ
• Psalm 71:1 - in You O Lord do I put my trust. Let me never be put to confusion
• Isaiah 50:7 - for the Lord God will help me; therefore, shall I not be confounded. Therefore have I set my face like flint and I know that I shall not be ashamed
• Isaiah 50:8-9 - He is near that justifies me - who will contend with me? Let us stand together - who is my adversary? Let him come to me. Behold! the Lord God will help me - who is he that shall condemn me?
  
  

PRAYER

Father, I come to You this day in this matter because You and You alone are my Counselor, my Advocate, my Defender! You have said to come to You bringing with me 'words'. So I bring with me YOUR words, Lord, which are life.

I am not afraid of my enemies for I remember the Lord who is great and awesome and I fight - for me, for my sons, for my daughters (Neh 4:14). Because Your word does not return to You void (Is 55:11) but You uphold ALL things by the word of Your power (Heb 1:3), I ask you to deliver me as I go through this legal battle.

I open my heart to the Holy Ghost to reveal any of my own disobedience in this matter so that I may repent and receive your forgiveness. Deliver me from hate and revenge, as I stand on Your word in Job 22:30 for Your deliverance.

Your word states that you defend those who are poor and needy when others take advantage of their circumstances. Your word says that you defend the widows and the orphans, those who have no one to defend them. I throw myself and my family and my situation upon Your mercy and Your goodness, O my God! I look to Your word to uphold me and bring me out victorious.

In the name of Jesus I ask You to cause Your truth to prevail. I ask Your protection from lying tongues and deceitful lips. I declare that no weapon formed against me will prevail and any tongue unjustly rising against me will be shown to be wrong. I thank You, Father, that Your word is the only truth concerning my situation, and I refuse to fear. I cast down any imagination that tries to exalt itself against the knowledge of You and Your love.

I give You all the praise and glory, with thanksgiving, for giving me the victory, and I will testify of Your goodness, in Jesus' name! Amen.

DECLARATIONS

• I am victorious because God always causes me to triumph!
  
• I look to God and His word concerning my situation; therefore, He hears me and defends me, even where there is no defense.
  
• Your word says that even though someone is not innocent, because of my right-standing with You, You will deliver; therefore, I declare deliverance has come for the one for whom I am interceding!
  
• My God is my defender for He defends widows and orphans - those who have no one to defend them! I have no one but You!
  
• No weapon formed against me shall prevail; every tongue unjustly raised against me shall be shown to be wrong.
  
• Fear and anxiety have no place in my life - I refuse to fear. God's peace rules in my heart.
  
• I trust the Most High God and praise Him for His mighty deliverance in this situation.
  
• God is for me - no one can dare to be against me!
