The following are my notes on certain scriptures that helped me to develop my faith to receive wealth. I pray that you will use these to your advantage. Philippians 2:9-10 - Wherefore God has also highly exalted Him and given Him a name that is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things on earth, and things under the earth. Debt is a name and it has to bow its knee to the name of Jesus! Poverty is a name and it has to bow to the name of Jesus! Lack is a name but it too has to bow to the name of Jesus! Anything that has a name whether in the heavens or on the earth or under the earth HAS to obey and become submissive to the name of Jesus. Do you believe this? The devils believe and the Bible says they tremble. But if these are just words to you, you can speak the name of Jesus a hundred million times and they will not even hear you. You must have a personal knowledge of that name; you must have a personal relationship with Jesus. That's why this verse says "things on earth". YOU are earth too and must bow to that name yourself and then speak the name to your circumstances: Jesus! Jesus! Jesus! Mark 10:29-30 - I tell you the truth, Jesus replied, no man who has left house or brethren or land or goods for My name's sake and the gospel's shall fail to receive a hundredfold, now in this time, with persecutions, and in the age to come, eternal life. Anything we have given up or left or put aside so that we can minister to others shall be returned to us a hundredfold! Whether its money, or rides in our car, or a word of encouragement, or a place to stay for someone in need - all for Jesus's sake, because the Word tells us to - shall be returned to us multiplied a hundred times! If you have only given ten dollars alone, that means a return of $1000! Help me, somebody, I've got to SHOUT! 1 John 5:14-15 - and this is the confidence that we have in Him: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us; and if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him. We can pray with confidence, knowing that He hears His will. You must know what you are praying for is within God's will. His word is His will. If you ask according to His word, He will do it. That's why it is so important that whatever you need from God, you find scriptures to stand on. If its health, find all the scriptures you can about it; if its money, do likewise; or if you need a car or a house or a husband or a marriage restored: DO LIKEWISE. Find where it is written of that thing you need or desire and than, confidently, remind Him that its in His word. Not arrogantly, but confidently. Like a child with a loving, giving parent. Thank Him that because of it, He hears you. Thank Him that He has exalted His word even above all His name, and therefore, bless Him for granting it, because of His word! 2 Corinthians 9:10 - Now He who supplies seed to the sower both supplies bread for your food, and multiplies your seed sown, and increases the fruits of your righteousness. God wants us rich! Not to feed our own greed but to bless the rest of the world so that they will give Him glory! When He gives you seed (money), He does it so you can plant it into good ground. Remember the parable of the sower? Give to everyone that asks you. Give wherever God shows you a need. God is a giver. You must be the same. A little here, a little there; a whole lot over there. You never know which will bring in your own harvest so that you can have that "food" to eat. Trust Him. He is God, remember? He speaks and it is created. Do His work and He will do yours. 1 Corinthians 5:17 - for we walk by faith not by sight. Such a little scripture verse and yet so powerful. We live by believing what God says in His word and not by what our senses tell us. The devil will whisper " has God really said?" But our answer from the deepest recesses of our heart must be YES! and we must know where to tell the devil to go to find it. Don't kid yourself. The devil already knows where it is - he is just trying to trip you up. Its for your sake its written down. Look it up. If God said it in His word, its yours. Psalm 115:14 - the Lord shall increase you more and more; and your children. My future will be better than my past! He increases the anointing, the power and the peace upon us and ours! This means not only our children but also our grandchildren and the rest of our families. Thank you, Jesus, that you didn't say "decrease". Thank you that you said "increase" and meant it! I speak to you, increase,"Increase, COME ON IN!" God is a good God!
